Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes (“Uygulama”)’a hoş geldiniz. Uygulamayı indirerek, erişerek veya kullanarak bu Şartlar ve Koşulları (“Şartlar”) kabul etmiş olursunuz. Eğer bu Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes, bu Şartlara uygun olarak Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için size sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve iptal edilebilir bir lisans verir.
Uygulamayı kullanırken doğru ve güncel bilgiler sağlamaktan siz sorumlusunuz.
Eğer Uygulama bir hesap oluşturmanızı gerektiriyorsa, giriş bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumak ve hesabınız üzerinden yapılan tüm işlemlerden sorumlu olmak sizin yükümlülüğünüzdedir.
Uygulama, ek özellikler, içerikler veya hizmetler için uygulama içi satın alımlar sunabilir. Bir satın alma işlemi yaptığınızda, o anda gösterilen ücreti ödemeyi kabul edersiniz.
Uygulama içi satın alımlar, Apple Kimliğiniz üzerinden işlenir ve Apple’ın şartlarına tabidir. Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes, ödeme bilgilerinizi toplamaz veya saklamaz.
Uygulama içi satın alımlar için iade işlemleri Apple’ın politikalarına tabidir. Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes doğrudan iade işlemi gerçekleştiremez. Eğer bir iade hakkınız olduğunu düşünüyorsanız, Apple Destek ile iletişime geçmelisiniz.
Uygulama içi satın alımlar, satın alınan içerik veya özellikleri Uygulama içinde kullanmanıza izin veren sınırlı bir lisans sunar. Bu satın alımlar, yürürlükteki yasalar gerektirmedikçe devredilemez ve iade edilemez.
Uygulamadaki tüm içerik, özellikler ve işlevler (metinler, grafikler, logolar ve yazılım dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere) Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes veya lisans verenlerinin mülkiyetindedir. Uygulamanın herhangi bir içeriğini, açık yazılı izin olmadan kullanamazsınız.
Uygulamanın kullanımı, nasıl veri topladığımızı, kullandığımızı ve koruduğumuzu açıklayan Gizlilik Politikamıza tabidir. Uygulamayı kullanarak, Gizlilik Politikası şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Yasal olarak izin verilen en geniş kapsamda, Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes ve bağlı kuruluşları aşağıdakiler için sorumlu tutulamaz:
Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes, herhangi bir zamanda, herhangi bir bildirimde bulunmaksızın, bu Şartları ihlal etmeniz veya Uygulama ya da kullanıcılarına zarar verecek bir davranışta bulunmanız durumunda, erişiminizi askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.
Bu Şartları zaman zaman değiştirebiliriz. Yapılan değişiklikler Uygulamada yayınlanacak ve yayım anında yürürlüğe girecektir. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes (“Application”) Welcome. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
Subject to these Terms, Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information while using the Application.
If the Application requires you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
The Application may offer in-app purchases for additional features, content, or services. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the fee displayed at that time.
In-app purchases are processed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s terms. Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes does not collect or store your payment information.
Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to Apple’s policies. Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes cannot process refunds directly. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you should contact Apple Support.
In-app purchases grant you a limited license to use the purchased content or features within the Application. These purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
All content, features, and functionalities in the Application (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are the property of Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes or its licensors. You may not use any content from the Application without explicit written permission.
Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Application, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
Gıda Katkı Maddeleri / Scan Additives and ECodes reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the Application or its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the Application and will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
